Every inch of this 900 sq. ft. space was thoughtfully designed and stocked so you can arrive, exhale, and get straight to enjoying St. John
From the king-size memory foam mattress to the fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer, everything here is brand new and built for your comfort.
The condo sleeps up to 4 guests and stays cool with a ductless AC split system, ceiling fan, and portable fans throughout.
Cruz Bay Beach, restaurants, the Dolphin Gourmet Market, shopping, ferry docks, and taxis are all steps from your front door.

Sleep like you mean it. The king-size bed is dressed with a plush 14-inch memory foam mattress, room-darkening shades, and fresh linens so you wake up rested and ready for the island.
Sleeping more than two? The pull-out full-size sofa bed has its own memory foam mattress, extra pillows, and blankets — and sliding doors create a private, separate sleeping area so everyone has their own space.
The Cozy Kitchen
Everything you need to cook a full meal, blend a smoothie, or just make your morning coffee in peace.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics.
The Dolphin Gourmet Market is right next door — making it one of the most convenient kitchens you'll ever cook in.

Kick back on the sofa, stream your favorites on the Smart TV (Wi-Fi included), or crack open a book — this is your space to unwind. When it's time for bed, the full-size sofa pulls out into a comfortable memory foam mattress, sleeping up to 2 additional guests with ease if needed!
